Clean hotel, loved to be right by the city center and banks and the main square thanks to good and marvellous location. My double room and bed were comfortable. The room had netflix and a storage space plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures. All the staff was great, resolved my issues...

Comfy rooms with central heating, multi-channel TV, and a microwave oven, etc. Courtyard view and marvellous location close to everything.

The staff was incredibly friendly and treated me like family. the rooms were clean, spacious and had access to streaming services. the breakfast, prepared with local ingredients, was delicious, and they even provided a takeaway breakfast when I had early tours. the location was convenient, with attractions and the city center a short walk away. I truly felt at home and will definitely return here on my next trip!
If I had to mention one downside, it would be the occasional cold shower upon returning late at night from activities. this was a minor inconvenience compared to the overall fantastic experience.

Fairly clean, brand-new hotel with great staff. A wide range of goodies for breakfast. Had favourable and marvelous location close to everything, near the Handlebar. Based near banks, the city center in Cusco and the main square.
